REDLANDS >> Flooding, numerous road closures, upturned trees and a swift-water rescue - the city saw a couple wild days due to heavy rain Sunday and Monday. Forecasters said the rain was expected to clear out by today, but the last of three consecutive storms that pummeled Southern California make its mark on Redlands: • Redlands fire personnel rescued a stranded motorist whose vehicle rolled over into a flood-control channel Sunday evening after a day of nearly nonstop rain.
