The man who Redlands police say exposed himself to a woman at a city park before she stabbed him in the back has been charged with indecent exposure. Ryan Edward Brewer, 28, was arrested about 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, at his apartment in Redlands, police spokesman Carl Baker said.
